30-Day Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return for an eligible standard item within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged. Please keep the original packaging whenever possible and provide proof of purchase. Confirm the complete tool and organizer model numbers before ordering.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item, an item with an apparent manufacturing issue, or an item damaged in transit, email support@foamslot.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. FoamSlot will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Start a Return

Email support@foamslot.com before returning anything. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return. Do not send a return without approval. The return address and instructions will be provided after approval.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, or orders placed for the wrong tool or organizer model, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the wrong item, an apparent manufacturing issue or transit damage is confirmed as our responsibility, FoamSlot will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where required.

Layout Requests

A Request a Layout submission is a product-development request and is not an immediate custom order. If a requested layout is developed and listed as a standard product, it is covered by this policy like other eligible standard items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank, card or PayPal processing times may vary.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation at any time before the order ships. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment begins.
