These Terms of Service govern your use of the FoamSlot online store and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.
Store Services
FoamSlot provides model-specific tool storage inserts and related foam organization products. Product availability, specifications and content may change. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors or incorrect product information. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Compatibility and Product Information
You are responsible for checking the complete tool and organizer model numbers, product gallery and compatibility information before ordering. Similar-looking tools or cases can have different dimensions. Tools, organizers and accessories shown in product images are for fit context unless the product page expressly states that they are included.
Third-Party Brands
Third-party brand names and model numbers are used solely to identify compatibility. FoamSlot is not affiliated with or endorsed by the respective brand owners unless expressly stated.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information and to use an authorized payment method. Payment processing is provided through Shopify and applicable payment providers.
Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Review them before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates unless a mandatory law provides otherwise. Return eligibility, buyer-paid return shipping, damaged-item handling and cancellation timing are described in those policies.
Custom Layout Requests
Submitting a layout request does not guarantee that a product will be developed or accepted for production. Any special dimensions, price, lead time and approval terms will be confirmed separately before a custom order is produced.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with security or operation, submit unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use store content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.
Intellectual Property
The FoamSlot name, logo, original product designs, photographs, text, graphics and store presentation are owned by or licensed to FoamSlot and may not be copied or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.
Accuracy and Availability
We work to keep product, price, inventory and compatibility information accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct information and update or discontinue products. Store content is general product information and is not professional or safety advice.
Warranty Disclaimer and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided subject to the descriptions and policies shown at purchase. FoamSlot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply from the posted effective date and do not reduce rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
