Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most non-military street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to APO, FPO, DPO or other military addresses. Delivery eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders. No minimum order value is required. The shipping rate and delivery availability shown at checkout are controlling.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are generally prepared within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Transit Time

Standard delivery generally takes 7–14 days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 9–16 days from order confirmation to delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after the order has been dispatched.

Address Changes

Email support@foamslot.com as soon as possible if an address change is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing and peak-season volume can affect estimated delivery times.

Incorrect, Lost or Damaged Shipments

Review the shipping address before completing checkout. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or a parcel arrives damaged, email support@foamslot.com with the order number and clear photos where relevant.
